Here's what I've learned. That's not a time problem. It's a dependency problem. The reasons your business wins, like how you price, how you judge quality, and why your best clients choose you, live in your head. Nobody else can reproduce them, so everything comes back to you.

I've run my own business since 2007, so I know what it's like to be the person everything runs through. I've also spent my career making complicated things understandable, as a technologist, a teacher, and the founder of Just Right Technology. Now I do the same with what's locked in an owner's head.
